How it all began
Fun Fit started with something simple: a love for sewing, creativity and making things by hand. Growing up, we watched our mother sew, and naturally, my sisters and I learned along the way. We all enjoyed it, but none of us ever imagined it would become a full-time business.
That changed when I realised there was a real gap in the market for bright, cheerful golf clothing made for everyday women — not only those who fit into an XS. I wanted to create clothing that felt fun, comfortable and flattering, while bringing a little more colour and personality to the golf course.
I approached my sister Jolanda with the idea, and that is where Fun Fit began. Before long, the business started growing and we needed another pair of hands, which is when Claudette joined our dynamic team.
Today, Jolanda manages our Cape Town branch, while Claudette and I look after the North West and Gauteng areas. What started as a small idea between sisters has grown into a brand built on family, creativity, personal service and a genuine love for what we do.
Our dream is simple — to see Fun Fit in Pro Shops across South Africa and, one day, around the world. We want more women to feel comfortable, confident and colourful every time they step onto the course.
And we are only getting started.
